Refund policy

 

The return for change of mind is allowed within 14 days from the day of delivery. The item must have a proof of purchase and must be in original  condition, undamaged, and unused. Customers will be responsible for shipping fees.

Cases where return/replacement is not eligible:

- Late request (more than 14 days from the day of delivery)

- The replacement will not be provided if this is not obvious that an item’s failure caused by a manufacturing defect

- Evidence of misuse, neglecting maintenance, water damage, dirty surface, mechanical damage

- A lack of proof of the purchase

You are eligible to request return/replacement, if your order has:

- wrong items
- wrong number of items
- items with manufacturing defects

CombatKoalasSport is not liable for customs fees and charges. Customers are responsible for the compliance of their orders in accordance with the import law of their country. CombatKoalasSport does not cover any losses caused by unpaid duty fees or seized goods.
